I just made my 20 month old daughter a darling skirt, and I wanted to find something to embellish a white Old Navy bodysuit to match. I was looking for a tutorial on how to make those fabric rosettes.
I did find a tutorial for those AND for this darling Ruffle Corsage T-Shirt!!! Now, I only need to choose which one I want to do, because they are BOTH CUTE, CUTE, CUTE!!!!!
