"With Our Busy Schedules, What Are Your 3 Valid Tips for Getting Dinner Ready in a Flash?”

Twittermoms and Samsung are at it again! They are collaborating together to give away an award-winning Samsung French Door Regrigerator. All you have to do to enter, is blog about your top 3 tips for getting dinner ready in a flash.

My top 3 tips for getting dinner ready in a flash are:

1. Marinate meats before sticking them in the freezer in Ziploc bags; then when you want to use that meat, get it out in the morning, and it's thawed, marinated and ready by the time you're ready to cook.

2. Create a weekly menu, so that you know what you're going to serve each day. Have the groceries on hand so that you're not running to the grocery store at the last minute.

3. Cook several pounds of ground beef in one day, and then put in Ziploc bags and freeze (or refrigerate) in meal-size portions. When you want to make tacos or spaghetti, just pull out one meal's worth of cooked ground beef and you're ready to go!
