As I get older, I forget more easily! ACK! I don't like this part of getting older, and I'm only 42!
I have to take this medicine every morning. I don't always remember if I've taken it or not.
So, I came up with what I think is a pretty ingenious solution.
What do you think?
This way, I will know for sure if I took the meds!
